Having a wedding, bridal shower, or baby shower are all important moments in everyone's life.One of the things that people remember about those day's is the food.That's why I truly appreciate the opportunity to make those moments memorable! Below are the items that I make for all occasions. Prices are dependant upon the amount of people that I'll be catering for.Food will be delivered and all you have to do is find someone to serve it. Friends, neighbors, family,etc. It's a great way to save a little money. Please look over the items and give me a call with a head count and I will figure out a bid. Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Meat is seasoned and smoked for 9 hours with Hickory smoke chips and pulled. Served with barbecue sauce and buns.
Strawberry Salad
Spinach, Spring Mix, Sliced strawberries, cinnamon sugar covered pecans, and feta cheese served with my strawberry vinaigrette.
Potato Salad
Chunk cut cooked potato, eggs, sweet relish, mayonaise, salt and pepper. Very Good!
Lasagna
Mild Italian Sausage, cottage cheese, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese layered in a pan and baked. Easy to serve.
Italian Antipasto salad
Romaine lettuce, Pepperoni, Salami, Artichoke hearts, Yellow Bana Peppers, Black olives,shredded parmesan cheese,and Italian Dressing.
Garlic Bread
Delicious bread smothered in butter, freshly chopped garlic, and parsley. Toasted to a golden brown.
Fruit Salad Kabobs with fruit dip
Seasonal Fruit placed on skewers and served with a sweet cream cheese fruit dip.
Vegetable trays
Carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms, served with either, ranch or dill dip.
Spinach dip with bread
Bread bowl filled with fresh spinach dip and served with pieces of bread.
Pasta salad
Spiral noodles with Olives, pepperoni, broccoli, cheese cut
into small chunks, served with an italian style dressing over it.
Caesar Salad
Romaine Lettuce, Grated parmesan cheese, herb croutons, served with a zesty caesar dressing.
Desserts
Fudge
Semi sweet and milk chocolate melted with walnuts and mini marshmallow's, cut into bite size squares.
Pumpkin pecan pie
This is a wonderful combination.Not too sweet and not too bland like some pumpkin pies are. Delicious! Served with homemade Whipped cream.
Cream Puffs
Delicate puff pastry filled with light cream. Very good!
Peanut Brittle
Like old time seasonal candy? This is the stuff for you.
Fun to have at a seasonal wedding or shower.
