October 11 week

We all know that dinner is one of the most important meals of the day. It's the time when we can sit down together as a family and talk about what happened to us that day. We all want to give our families something to eat that is nutritious and yummy and that will make them want to come home and eat.But unfortunately it doesn't always happen that way.

That's where I come in!
Each week I will have a list of main dishes posted that you can order and either eat that night or stick in the freezer and save for another busy night! It's as simple as that! The meal can be delivered for a small fee and or can be picked up! No fuss!
Everything is homemade and delicious! Just add the side and you're done!

I also offer a variety of homemade desserts as well!

Monday, October 11
Crescent Chicken(Fresh chicken, mushroom's, cream cheese,and seasonings rolled up in crescent dough and baked until golden and fluffy. Topped with a creamy sauce.) Yum! $15 serves 6

Tuesday, October 12
Sausage and Rice(Kilbasa Sausage sliced and sautee'd, and placed over Mexican style rice and corn. Really Good!)$14 serves 6

Wednesday, October 13
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole(Chicken breasts dipped in a crunchy coating,laid in a baking dish and topped with mushroom, ham, green onions,swiss cheese, and a creamy sauce. Yum!) $16 serves 6

Thursday, October 14
Porkchops Pierre( Made with porkchops, celery, onion, and a delicious tomatoe sauce, cooked until the meat falls off the bone.) Awesome! $15 serves 6

Friday, October 15
Homemade Macaroni and Cheese(Made with sharp and cheddar and cooked with creamy ingredients until gooey and done.)This grown up version is rich and creamy and will make you want more.)$14 serves 9

Pick up time is at 5:00 p.m. Please specify if you would like a 1/2 order. Prices are cut in 1/2 for 1/2 orders.
1/2 orders are available upon request.

Week Before Fall Break

We all know that dinner is an important time of the day when we could be sitting down together and talking. Things get hectic and sometimes we don't have time to make a nutritious meal that everyone wants to eat. That's where I come in. I make the main dish and you put a side with it. It's that easy.


Monday, October 4
Beef Stew (Made with chunks of beef, carrots, onions, green beans, beef stock, and seasonings.) Delicious! $16.00 serves 6-8

Tuesday, October 5
Hawaiian Chicken (A sauce made with pineapple tidbits, Brown sugar, barbecue sauce, etc. poured over chicken breasts and baked until tender and juicy. Served over rice.)
$15 serves 6

Wednesday, October 6
Beef Stroganoff (Made with lean ground beef, wide noodles, onion and mushrooms with a delicious sauce over the top.) Yummy! $16.50 serves 6

Thursday, October 7
Tuna Noodle Casserole (White tuna, peas, wide noodles, in a creamy sauce topped with bread crumbs.)Freezes well. Really good! $15 serves 6

Friday, October 8
No dinner's tonight.

Order's need to be placed the night before. Pick up time for order's is 5:00 p.m.

Divine Chicken (Made with shredded chicken, broccoli,cheese, and other yummy ingredients.) Very good. $15.00 Serves 9

Wednesday, September 29
Mexican Casserole (Made with ground beef, onion, tomatoes,rice, bell pepper, and corn.)Good! $15.00 Serves 9

Thursday, September 30
Pork Baby Back ribs (These are awesome! Boiled in herbs to gain tenderness, and grilled to get crisp on the outside. Smothered in barbecue sauce. Happy Eating!) $17.00 full rack

Friday, October 1
Chinese Chicken Salad (Made with cooked,chunked,chilled,chicken(say that 5 times fast)green onion, toasted almonds, water chestnuts, carrots, and mandarin oranges. Tossed in a sweet sesame dressing over romaine lettuce.)A nice and light dinner after a week of heavy meals. $15.00 serves 6, 1/2 order serves 3 $7.50

Cranberry Chicken (Fresh chicken breasts baked with a tangy and sweet cranberry inspired sauce.) Yum. Serves 6 $15

Wednesday, September 22
Fetuccinni Chicken Alfredo (Grilled and seasoned chicken cut and placed on top of fetuccini and homemade alfredo sauce.) Very good.Serves 6 $16

Thursday, September 23
Meatloaf (Made with ground beef, seasonings, carrots, mushrooms, and onions. Great comfort food dish.) Serves 9 $15

Friday, September 24
Chicken Parmigian (Chicken breasts pounded thin and breaded, cooked slowly in olive oil until Golden brown and served with homemade marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.) Delicious! Serves 6 $17

Tuna Noodle Casserole (Spiral noodles, Creamy sauce, peas, and white tuna baked and topped with bread crumbs.) Freezes well $15 Serves 9 Yummy!

Tuesday, September 14
Hamburgers (Grilled hamburger patties, served with tomato, lettuce,onion, and buns.) Can also have cheese on them.)Please specify. $18 for 8, $9 for 4.

Wednesday, September 15
Sour Cream Enchiladas(Shredded chicken with sauce,onion, and green chili wrapped in corn tortilla's and topped with cheese and baked until melted.) Freezes well.
$16 serves 12.

Thursday, September 16
Breakfast for Dinner
Egg,Spinach, Mushroom, and Cheese Quiche'. Delicious healthy alternative to traditional dinner! Really yummy! $16 serves 9 (Does Not freeze well.)

Friday, September 17
Babyback Ribs
A full rack of babyback ribs boiled in herbs and spices for two hours to tenderize the meat. Then they are grilled and crisped on the grill and cooked with barbecue sauce. Full rack $17.00 (Does Not freeze well)

Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs (My Grandmother's recipe! Homemade meatballs, and homemade spaghetti sauce.)This is one of my favorite meals and the sauce and meatballs can be frozen beautifully. $15 Serves 6 Please specify if you need to freeze this meal.

Tuesday, August 31
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole(Made with chicken, onion, peas, and carrots in a light sauce baked in a casserole dish with a buttery biscuit topping.)
This also freezes well, please specify is needed to be frozen. $15 serves 9

Wednesday, September 1
Homemade Macaroni and Cheese (Made with Elbow pasta and 2 types of cheese slowly combined with other yummy ingredients to make a rich and creamy mac n cheese.) No boxed food here! $14 Serves 9 (Does NOT freeze well.)

Thursday, September 2
Lasagna (Made with mild italian sausage, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and yummy sauce). $15 serves 9 (Freezes well, please specify if needed to be frozen).

Friday, September 3
No dinner's tonight. We are leaving out of town for the Labor Day Holiday and will not be back in town until Monday, September 6. I will update the blog Monday night.

Pickup time for orders is 5:00 p.m. Please specify when ordering if the meal is going to be frozen so I will not cook it. Thanks to everyone that ordered last week. I hope you have enjoyed your meals and desserts and I look forward to creating new meals for you and your families.

(Chicken Breasts cooked in a mixture of seasonings, liquid, cream cheese, and rice until the meat falls apart. Easy to freeze) 8 servings $14.00

Thursday, August 26
Lasagna (Made with mild italian sausage, cottage cheese, homemade sauce, and mozzarella cheese.) Easy to freeze. 9 servings $15.00

Friday, August 27
Taco's (Made with seasoned ground beef, fried flat corn tortillas, tomato, lettuce,and cheese). Serves 8 $15.00
